Looking ahead to this summer, we will again hold Adult Forum at 9:30 each Sunday morning. The program will focus on the Apostle Paul. In twelve successive video segments, the program follows Paul’s journeys throughout the eastern Mediterranean countries. Contemporary theologians, John Dominic Crossan and Marcus Borg will lead this travelogue to the sites that Paul visited. In the process they will clarify Paul’s relationship to Jesus’ message and the historical milieu in which they lived and ministered. Throughout we will ask how we see this information influencing our spirituality, our church, our world? • June 15: Jesus—Are Jesus’ message and Paul’s the same? |
